
Our entire menu is based on fresh locally procured ingredients and change seasonally. We also offer a wide array of Italian wines, featuring labels from the Tuscany region.
All our pastas are made by hand daily under the supervision of Executive chef Francesca Bergamini. Trained at the Italian Culinary School in Rimini.
Chef Bergamini has served in some of the finest Italian restaurants in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami prior to becoming Executive Chef of Savore.
Owner, Paolo Alavian, emigrated from Europe in 1984 and opened Savore in 1995. His vision was to offer guests an authentic regional Italian dining experience.
